Amanda did her utmost with this delivery, making sure it delighted my 11 year old niece Charlotte, as it was part of her Birthday present. And tonight I got a call from her & my sister to say a huge THANK YOU! Charlotte had a grin from ear to ear - she adores her life-size colour speckled duck! So, a cascading thank you from both my sister & me, to you Amanda, for all your help! Always such a pleasure dealing with you!
