Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@allthingsretro.se before sending anything back.

Please note: All our items are vintage and pre-owned. Signs of age and normal wear consistent with a item’s history are not considered faults. We do our best to describe and photograph any significant imperfections in each listing — please read listings carefully before purchasing.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging should be used where possible
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

For higher-value items we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.


Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@allthingsretro.se with photos. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@allthingsretro.se if you need to cancel. Once an order has been shipped, our standard returns process applies.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable unless faulty.

Gifts: If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit to the value of the return.


Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country. All Things Retro is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

US customers: All applicable tariffs are prepaid and included in your price at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.
