These Terms & Conditions govern your use of allthingsretro.se and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products
All items sold in our store are vintage, pre-owned, or antique. This means:
- Items may show signs of age, use, or wear consistent with their age and history
- Any known flaws or imperfections are described or shown in the product listing
- Items are sold as described — please read listings carefully before purchasing
- Vintage items are one-of-a-kind; once sold, the exact same item cannot be replaced
We do our best to represent each item accurately through photographs and descriptions. If you have any questions about an item before buying, please contact us at info@allthingsretro.se.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders & Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it.
A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases where items are found to be damaged, lost, or incorrectly listed.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days as part of our Shop Policies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@allthingsretro.se before the deadline. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item arrives damaged, or is materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@allthingsretro.se with photos. We will arrange a return, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.
Please note that signs of age and wear in vintage items are not considered faults unless they were not disclosed in the listing.
8. Customs & Import Duties
For customers outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer, except for US customers — where all applicable tariffs are prepaid and included in the price at checkout.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on allthingsretro.se — including photographs, text, and design — is the property of Amanda Granlund / All Things Retro and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Things Retro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, beyond the value of the relevant order.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us may be referred to:
