Carefully Packed, Shipped with Care

Every item at All Things Retro is vintage and one-of-a-kind, so we take extra care when packaging. Fragile items such as glassware, ceramics, and collectibles are individually wrapped and securely boxed to ensure they arrive safely.

Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracked Shipping

All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched. For higher-value items we recommend saving this number until your parcel has been delivered.

Combined Shipping

Buying more than one item? Combined shipping is automatically calculated at checkout — you’ll save on shipping when bundling items.

US Customers — No Surprise Fees

In line with current 2026 import regulations, all customs tariffs and handling fees for US orders are prepaid and included in the price at checkout. There are nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Customs & Import Taxes (All Other Countries)

For shipments outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. All Things Retro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Read more in our shop policy.
