There is something quietly assured about a piece that needs no decoration to hold your attention. This hexagonal clear glass vase, made by Bengt Edenfalk for Skruf Glassworks in Sweden during the mid-20th century, does exactly that. Its six-sided form is precise and deliberate — a geometric restraint that feels entirely at home in both a vintage interior and a contemporary one.

The vase is signed ‘Edenfalk Skruf’ on the base, confirming its authenticity and maker. Clear glass was a considered choice here: it allows stems and flowers to become part of the composition, or lets the form stand entirely on its own. On a shelf or a table, it catches light cleanly and holds it well.
