Description
This large ceramic elephant plant stand is a wonderfully characterful piece — substantial in weight, rich in hand-carved detail, and finished in a soft ivory-white glaze. The ornate saddle-style top platform makes it as practical as it is decorative, offering a natural surface for a potted plant, a small lamp, or a favourite object from your collection.
The elephant form is covered in intricate pierced and relief-style patterns inspired by traditional ceremonial adornment. The result is a piece that carries a distinctly global and Hollywood Regency sensibility — grand without being heavy-handed, decorative without losing its sense of purpose. It works beautifully in a conservatory, hallway, covered terrace, or any eclectic living space that welcomes a strong visual presence.
This is one of a matching pair, available separately. If you are looking for both, please get in touch.
