Description
A mid-century glass Galileo thermometer, formed as a clear cylindrical column with suspended coloured glass baubles. Each sphere carries a small metal temperature tag, rising and falling in response to changes in ambient temperature.
Available in three sizes — 29 cm, 32 cm, and 34 cm — each piece offers a slightly different presence while retaining the same elegant, scientific form. The largest example retains its original Handmade in Germany label.
Both decorative and functional, this is a classic example of scientific design translated into a visual object.
